E-mail addresses will be used only to advise customers of new product upgrades and offerings.  Customers may opt out of any such notifications at any time via opt out links in the notices.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 30 days and we will refund your purchase.

In order to get a refund, you will need to contact us and we will provide you with an special un-install macro.  At the end of the un-install, you will receive a refund code.  When you advise us of this refund code, we will issue the refund.  Please note that once the un-install has run and the special un-install code has been entered, the macros will not work on your PC even if re-registered.

Installation or use of software from Excelx2.com indicates your agreement with the following.

LICENSING AND INSTALLATION

If the software is for use primarily by a single individual a single license is required to be purchased from Excelx2.com and the software may only be used only on that person's business computer and on that person's home computer. The software may not be used by others from their computers or installed on other computers.

If the software is for installation on a single computer used by multiple individuals throughout the day a single license is required to be purchased from Excelx2.com and the software may only be installed only on that computer. The software may not be used by others from their computers or installed on other computers.

If the software is used by multiple users on multiple computers through a network or other connection then a multiple license is required to be purchased from Excelx2.com for each user.

Excelx2.com software collections may not be split up and individual software installed on different computers. Licenses and installation are per the above conditions.

Purchasing a license to the software only gives you the right to use the software. It does not give you the right to resell or distribute the software.

Users may install an evaluation version of the software without purchasing a license. After the evaluation expiration license must be purchased or the software un-installed and not re-installed.

In the event a refund is requested for the software the requestor agrees to run the un-install routine to remove the software from the computer and enter the un-install code provided by Excelx2.com and to provide back to Excelx2.com the return code before a refund is issued. The requestor also agrees to delete all copies of the software in the event of a refund.

All suggestions, feedback, comments, thoughts, and ideas sent or given to Excelx2.com in any way on any changes, modifications, new features, enhancements to existing products or for new products become the property of Excelx2.com.

LIABILITY AND WARRANTY

The macros from excelx2.com are distributed as is and without warranties. No statement made about them including but not limited to statements on the Internet, by distributors, in advertisements, in software reviews, in the software, or in the documentation constitutes a warranty.

In no event shall excelx2.com be liable for any loss of profit, any loss of data, any expenses, any cost, any problems, or any damage of any kind resulting from but not limited to the installation, use, evaluation, or un-installation of the software or from the information in the software. Evaluate and use the software and the information in them at your own risk. There is no guarantee that the software or the information in them is free of errors. Any liability will be limited exclusively to software replacement or refund of the purchase price.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE, ANY INFORMATION IT CONTAINS, AND ANY ACCOMPANYING WRITTEN MATERIALS. IN NO EVENT WILL EXCELX2.com BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE OR THE INFORMATION IN IT, EVEN IF EXCELX2.com OR AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
